Biography

Mr.Stefano Bruni, IMA FLX HUB Industry manager

A chemical engineer by training, Stefano has completed a postgraduate Master in Business Administration. He landed his first job in a large beverage company where, as both project manager and sales manager, he improved his machinery expertise and acquired a sales experience in various countries.

In 2000 he joined IMA Tea and Coffee division as Sales Manager, in this role he obtained good sales results mostly in Russia and South East Asia.

Nine years later he switched to Minipan, an Italian producer of processing machines and production lines for bread, cookies and bread snacks. As a project engineer and sales manager, he earned a profound expertise in bakery recipes and formulations in order to develop custom-made machines suited to customer’s needs.

Three years ago Stefano re-joined IMA as Industry manager coordinating all IMA FLX packaging solutions for the bakery sector.
